Fried Banana Chips




Ingredients:
  • 3-4 Unripe Bananas
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of yellow food colouring/ turmeric
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar
Method:
  1. Peel the bananas. Make sure to peel them in water to prevent darkness on hands.
  2. Grate the bananas in long strands with the help of a grater
  3. Wash thoroughly.
  4. Add Salt, food colouring and vinegar
  5. Mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a saucepan. 
  7. Fry the banana chips on medium to high heat. This will ensure that the banana chips are crisp.
So easy! Enjoy with a hot cup of tea!
