Rose Flavoured Alouda


Ingredients

  • Agar Agar ( Rose Jelly) soaked, boiled, set and grated into long strands.
  • 4-5 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 4-5 tablespoons rose flavoured concentrated juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Presoaked Tukmaria Seeds ( Sweet Basil Seeds)



Method:

  • Pour the condensed milk and the rose juice into a jug.
  • Add water and taste. Add more water until it is not too sweet to your taste.
  • Add the icecubes, jelly and tukmaria seeds.
