Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dholl also known as Split Peas
- 3-4 Green chillies chopped finely
- Some spring onions chopped finely
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak the split peas for a minimum of 4 hours.
- After that, grind it into a semi fine state.
- Add the chillies, spring onions and salt.
- Add little bit of water so that it can be formed into small balls.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Fry the balls in the pan until golden and crisp.
Enjoy with a hot cup of tea!
