Fish in Masala Curry




Ingredients:

  1. 4-5 pieces of fillet fish
  2. 2 large tomatoes cut into cubes
  3. 4 tablespoon Masala powder
  4. 2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  5. 1 large onion cut into small cubes
  6. 3-4 green chillies
  7. oil to fry
  8. Fresh coriander leaves


Method:

  • Fry the fillet fish slightly and remove from heat.
  • In saucepan, put 2-3 tablespoon of oil.
  • add in the onions, chillies, ginger garlic paste and let it cook until onions are translucent.
  • Add in the tomatoes and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the masala powder and let it roast. Add few drops of water if too dry. Let it roast well for 5 minutes.
  • Add the water and salt. Let it come to a boil.
  • Add the fish and let it cook until fish is tender.
  • Sprinkle with some fresh coriander leaves.
