Ingredients:
- 4-5 pieces of chicken
- 2-3 potatoes cut into quarters
- 2 large tomatoes cut into cubes
- 4 tablespoon Masala powder
- 2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1 large onion cut into small cubes
- 3-4 green chillies
- oil to fry
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
- Fry the chicken until half cooked and remove from heat.
- Fry the potatoes until half done after adding some salt and pepper to it.
- In saucepan, put 2-3 tablespoon of oil.
- add in the onions, chillies, ginger garlic paste and let it cook until onions are translucent.
- Add in the tomatoes and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the masala powder and let it roast. Add few drops of water if too dry. Let it roast well for 5 minutes.
- Add the water and salt. Let it come to a boil.
- Add the chicken and potatoes and let it cook until chicken is tender.
- Sprinkle with some fresh coriander leaves.
