Ingredients:
- 2-3 Bread slices
- Half Cup Milk
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1-2 teaspoon Honey
- 4-5 tablespoons butter
Method:
- Heat the butter into a saucepan on low heat
- In a plate, pour the milk.
- In a second plate pour the egg mixture
- First dip the bread slice into the milk and ensure it is well coated on both sides
- Dip the slices in the egg mixture.
- Put the slices to fry gently in the saucepan at low heat until it is slightly golden on both sides.
- Drizzle some honey on top of the toast and enjoy with some fruits or milk or even tea!
