Ingredients:
- 1 sachet fresh noodles (serves 4)
- 4 eggs omelette cut into strands
- 1 small ball pepper cut into small pieces
- 2 carrots cut into cubes
- some minced chicken
- finely chopped spring onions
- black soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- fish sauce
- ginger garlic paste
- salt
- oil to fry
- Pepper
Its ready. Have it with some green chilli chutney!
