Milk Barfi
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut powder
- crushed almonds and pistachios
- Food colour (optional)
Method:
- Heat ghee into a saucepan.
- Pour the powdered milk.
- Stir continuously to prevent stickiness.
- Add grated coconut powder
- Add food colour if you wish to.
- Remove from heat when consistency is a bit thick.
- Pour into a square plate and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into square or diagonal pieces.
Your Barfi is ready!
