Milk Barfi

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut powder
  • crushed almonds and pistachios
  • Food colour (optional)
Method:
  1. Heat ghee into a saucepan.
  2. Pour the powdered milk.
  3. Stir continuously to prevent stickiness.
  4. Add grated coconut powder
  5.  Add food colour if you wish to.
  6. Remove from heat when consistency is a bit thick.
  7. Pour into a square plate and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top.
  9. Allow to cool.
  10. Cut into square or diagonal pieces.
Your Barfi is ready!
