Ingredients:
- 3-4 Unripe Bananas
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1 pinch of yellow food colouring/ turmeric
- 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar
- Peel the bananas. Make sure to peel them in water to prevent darkness on hands.
- Grate the bananas in long strands with the help of a grater
- Wash thoroughly.
- Add Salt, food colouring and vinegar
- Mix well.
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Fry the banana chips on medium to high heat. This will ensure that the banana chips are crisp.
