Ingredients:
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes or 4-5 medium sized tomatoes cut into very small cubes.
- 1 red onion finely chopped.
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- Some coriander leaves finely chopped
- A pinch of black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
Method:
- In large bowl, add the tomatoes, red onions, green chillis, coriander leaves, black pepper, olive oil and salt.
- Cover with a plate and mix well until all flavours are well incorporated.
Enjoy this delicious salad with a plate or biryani or even a fish curry.
