Ingredients:
- 8-10 tablespoons of milk powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 lime or lemon's juice
Method:
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Add the milk powder and mix well to prevent any lumps.
- When it starts to boil, pour the lemon juice.
- Let the milk seperate from the water completely.
- Remove from heat.
- In bowl, spread a clean cloth.
- Pour the mixture in the cloth.
- Being careful about the heat, try to press the excess water out of the cloth.
- Squeeze all the water from the cloth until dried completely.
- Remove the paneer from the cloth onto a large plate.
- Knead the paneer for around 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes sticky and all the pieces come together to form a dough.
- Shape into a large square or rectangle and cut into cubes.
